Words and an open-frame identity for an imagined place to read and make together.

Brief

Common Measure Room is an imagined reading and making space. Before drawing its identity, we defined an invitation: bring a question, try something, and leave room for someone else. That idea gives the space a voice without inventing a history or a community around it.

Process

The language uses short, everyday verbs: read, make, return. An open rectangular frame carries the same invitation visually. It gives text a place to sit without enclosing it. Posters and editorial cards use the frame sparingly, so the message remains the first thing to read.
